AVNFi Inc. is a Calgary-based turnkey low-voltage and network integrator. We deliver commercial electrical, structured cabling, fibre, Ubiquiti networks, and security — from the power and the cabling in the walls to the Wi-Fi, cameras, and door access that run on top of it. One accountable team handles the whole building, or any single piece of it. Our focus is simple: build systems that are fast, stable, secure, and easy to live with for years — not just on install day.
The Person Behind the Work
AVNFi is led by founder Mark Caya, who stays hands-on for every project — from the first site walk and LiDAR scan to power, cable pulls, configuration, testing, and final documentation. You’re not handed off to a call centre; you work directly with the person who designs and stands behind your build.

Our Approach
Everything we do starts with the physical layer. Good power, Cat6, and fibre runs, cleanly terminated and certified, are what make Wi-Fi, cameras, and future expansion work without headaches. We measure rather than guess — using Wi-Fi spectrum analysis, copper and fibre certification testing, and proper documentation — and we plan for where you’ll want devices tomorrow, not just today.

We’re based in Calgary, Alberta, with hands-on experience across local ISPs, building types, and the interference challenges that come with them. That local knowledge means fewer surprises and infrastructure tuned to where you actually live and work.
Proven on Real Projects
Our work ranges from single-home upgrades to large commercial deployments. On one recent project we wired a 16-floor hotel with two subfloors — terminating and recertifying 650+ network drops to Cat6 for fast, reliable connectivity throughout the building. On another, we built a private multi-site network with auditable VLAN segmentation, policy-driven access control, and integrated intrusion detection for a privacy-sensitive business. Every job is tested and documented, so you have proof it was done right — and a record you can build on.
