AVNFi Inc. is expanding its registered contractor network across Canada and hiring skilled trades in the Calgary area. We hold the Ubiquiti certifications and own the network design — what we require from the people who work with us is professional execution. If your work is documented, your customers respect you, and your installs don’t need a second visit, we should talk.

Registered Installation Partners — Across Canada

Our clients book with AVNFi anywhere in Canada. We design and configure every network from our certified Calgary team, and registered local contractors complete the physical installation — structured cabling, access point and camera mounting, rack work — from our drawings and written specifications. We bring the client, the design, and remote validation; you bring quality on-site execution in your region.

Our Standards for Registration

Ubiquiti certification is not required. Design, configuration, and network architecture stay with our certified team. What is required, without exception:

Proven low-voltage experience. A demonstrated track record in structured cabling and device installation, with references and examples of completed, documented work.

A legitimate, verifiable business. A registered company in good standing, valid commercial liability insurance with current proof on file, and a clear criminal record check for everyone attending client sites — including a vulnerable-sector check where a client site requires it. These are verified at registration and must remain current.

Disciplined documentation. Labelled runs, test results, photos of completed work, and as-built accuracy. Our clients receive full documentation on every project — your work has to support that. If documentation isn’t already part of how you operate, we’re not the right fit.

Customers treated with the utmost respect. You are in our client’s home or business, representing AVNFi. Punctuality, clear communication, clean work areas, and professional conduct are conditions of registration, not aspirations.

Done right the first time. Work is verified against our specification before sign-off. Contractors whose work passes validation cleanly get the repeat projects; rework at your cost is the exception we plan never to need.

How Registration Works

Apply with your company registration details, coverage area, proof of insurance, criminal record check, and examples of documented work. We review, check references, and complete a brief onboarding to AVNFi’s installation and documentation standards. Once registered, you receive project work in your region as bookings come in — no sales effort required on your side, and consistent performers become our first call in their market.

Careers — Calgary & Area

Fibre splicers: FTTH buildout experience, fusion splicing, comfort reading splice plans; OTDR experience is a strong asset. Contract and project-based to start, growing with buildout volume.

Low-voltage / network technicians: structured cabling, terminations, rack work, AP and camera installation. UniFi familiarity is an asset — certification support is available for the right person. The same standards apply in-house as in the partner network: documentation, customer respect, and right the first time.
