Broadband Wireless Admin
Wireless design and bridging. That includes long links, where a clear line of sight between the two ends and the distance decide the answer.
Fibre Specialist
Fusion splicing, which melts two glass fibres into one joint. Fault finding with an OTDR, a tester that shows how far along a fibre a break sits. And measuring how much light a run loses.
Routing and Switching
Gateways, splitting one network into separate parts with VLANs, and PoE budgets, which is the power a switch can send down the network cables. Plus the routing that holds it all together.
Every run is certified, not just tested
A Fluke Versiv DSX-5000 measures each run against the standard. It checks length against the 90 metre limit, the spare signal margin in decibels, the wire map and the insertion loss curve. On a hotel tower in Calgary, every single jack was terminated by hand and certified that way. You get the report for every drop, and it is yours to keep.
Design first, on paper, every time.
- We do not install anything off a guess. The design comes first, and we quote the install from it.
- We work from your drawings when you have them. They make the plan more accurate and cost you nothing extra.
- We order the hardware against the finished design. That way a missing small part does not cost you a day on site.
- The plan is yours. It loads into your own UniFi console through InnerSpace, so it stays useful after we leave.
- We design and configure remotely, across Canada and into the United States. Hands-on work is Calgary directly. Elsewhere we place the job with a local installer working to our written standards. We are building that roster city by city, so if we do not have someone near you yet, we will say so and go and find one.
