Describe the problem in your own words.
You do not need to know what a VLAN is. You do not need to know whether you want Wi-Fi 6 or 7, or how many access points a house your size takes. That is our job. You only need to say what is annoying you.
Then follow it.
“The Wi-Fi is terrible upstairs.”
It is nearly always the shape of the house, not the router. One or two access points (the small boxes that give out the Wi-Fi signal) in the right places, with a wire run to each, will usually fix it.
“I want cable run through my house.”
We do this in finished homes too. The question is which route does the least damage. We work that out on paper first.
“I want cameras.”
The real question is what you need the video to prove. That answer decides everything else. Hardly anyone gets asked it.
“Our office network is a mess.”
Cables with no labels, a switch sitting on a shelf, and a fault nobody can find fast. We can fix that. The fix starts with a drawing.
“Something is down right now.”
Then stop reading and call. When something is down, phone us. Do not fill in a form.
“I just want to understand it first.”

Three things worth knowing before you call.
- The conversation is free. Working out what you need costs nothing. You only pay for the design, and only when you ask for one.
- Hardware is at Ubiquiti’s price. We match the store, always, and we order it for you so nothing is missing on install day. What we charge for is design and labour.
- The design fee comes back. Go ahead within 60 days and it is credited against the install. If you do not, you keep the plan.
