Ubiquiti UniFi Design & Installation Across Canada
One booking, one accountable company, anywhere in Canada. AVNFi designs, configures, and supports your Ubiquiti UniFi network from our certified Calgary team — and where the work is outside our Alberta service area, installation is completed by registered local partners working to our written standards. VLAN segmentation, policy-driven access, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, no licensing costs. We measure. We don’t guess.
How It Works
1. You book with AVNFi. One point of contact from first call to sign-off, wherever you are in Canada. We scope the project, quote it, and own the result.
2. We design and configure remotely. Our certified team (UFSP, URSCA, UBWA) handles network architecture, VLAN segmentation, firewall and access policy, Wi-Fi planning, and full device configuration — every device adopted to a controller we manage.
3. A registered local partner installs. Cabling, mounting, and physical installation are completed by a vetted, registered contractor in your region, working from our drawings and standards. We validate everything remotely before sign-off, and you receive complete as-built documentation.
In the Calgary area and Alberta corridor, we do the on-site work ourselves — founder-led, in person.
Areas We Serve
Alberta — direct, on-site: Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane, Canmore, Red Deer, Edmonton, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, and Grande Prairie by arrangement.
Through our registered partner network: Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (Burnaby, Langley, Surrey, Richmond), Victoria, Kelowna, Kamloops, Abbotsford, Nanaimo, Prince George, Saskatoon, Regina, Prince Albert, Moose Jaw, Winnipeg, Brandon, Toronto and the GTA (Etobicoke, Mississauga, Vaughan), Ottawa, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Windsor, Barrie, Oshawa, Kingston, St. Catharines-Niagara, Sudbury, Thunder Bay, Halifax, Moncton, Fredericton, Saint John, Charlottetown, and St. John’s.
Partner coverage grows as contractors register with us — if your city isn’t listed, ask. Bought UniFi gear at a local computer store like Memory Express? Every city with a Memory Express location is a city we serve. Bring us the gear list and we’ll handle design, configuration, and installation.
Crews That Travel: Fibre Splicing & OTDR
Some work we don’t delegate. For fibre splicing, OTDR testing, and FTTH buildouts, our certified splicing crew mobilizes directly — Western Canada and beyond, on contract terms. If you’re a telecom, ISP, or general contractor looking for splicing capacity, see our fibre splicing & OTDR services or call us directly.
Privacy Compliance, Coast to Coast
We design networks that hold up to Canadian privacy law — PIPEDA federally, plus provincial regimes like Alberta’s HIA, BC’s PIPA, and Ontario’s PHIPA where they apply. Segmented traffic, auditable access policy, and documentation you can hand to a compliance reviewer. See our compliance-focused networking for clinics.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you really support a network you didn’t physically install?
Yes — that’s how UniFi is built. Every device we design into a network is adopted to a controller we configure and can monitor remotely. The physical install follows our written spec, and we validate everything before sign-off. You call one number: ours.
Who does the on-site work in my city?
A registered local low-voltage contractor — licensed, insured, and vetted against our standards for workmanship, documentation, and customer care. They work under our design and our verification, and we stay accountable for the result.
I’m a contractor — how do I get registered?
See Careers & Installation Partners. Ubiquiti certification isn’t required — our standards are about workmanship, documentation, and how you treat customers.
