UniFi is cloud-managed, so the part that determines whether your network is stable and secure (the design) doesn’t depend on where the designer sits. We build the architecture, VLAN plan, firewall policy, and Wi-Fi layout remotely, adopt and configure every device to a controller we manage, and coordinate a vetted Lower Mainland low-voltage contractor for the cabling and mounting. Work is verified against our spec before sign-off, and supported remotely from day one.

Can you work in older Vancouver buildings?
Yes, heritage and older commercial buildings are a cabling challenge, which is exactly why the design phase matters. We plan pathways and AP placement around the building’s real constraints before anyone drills a hole, and our local partner executes to that plan.
Who supports the network after installation?
We do, remotely, monitoring, configuration changes, and troubleshooting via the UniFi controller. Hardware swaps ship pre-configured, and anything physical goes to your local partner under our direction.
