How We Serve Victoria

Island logistics make fly-in installers expensive, so we designed them out. Architecture, VLAN segmentation, firewall policy, and Wi-Fi planning happen remotely; a vetted local low-voltage contractor on the Island handles cabling and mounting to our written spec; and we validate everything through the controller before sign-off. Ongoing support is remote by default, so there’s no ferry schedule between you and a fix.

Do you charge Island travel fees?

No, that’s the point of the model. Design and support are remote, and the on-site work is done by a partner already on the Island. You pay for the work, not the ferry.

Can you design around a heritage building?

Yes. AP placement, cable pathways, and mounting are planned around the building’s constraints in the design phase, and the install follows the drawings, not improvisation.
