New buildings, existing buildings, and the runs between them. We design, pull, splice, terminate and certify fibre, then hand you the measurements. The glass outlives every piece of equipment that will ever plug into it, so it is the one part of the job worth doing properly the first time.

This is a trade in its own right. It does not depend on any one manufacturer, and the fibre does not care what lands on either end of it.
New builds
Fibre designed in from the drawings. Strand counts sized for what the building will need later, pathways coordinated before the walls close, terminations and certification finished before anyone needs to sign off.
Retrofits into occupied buildings
Risers, ceilings and existing pathways in a building that is still working. The constraint is rarely the fibre. It is the hours you are allowed and the tenants underneath.
Building to building links
Across a yard, a campus or a property line. Glass carries light and not current, so the two buildings stay electrically separate. That is the reason this is fibre and not copper.
Splicing to a specific requirement
Single mode and multimode, in an enclosure, a hand hole, a vault or a rack. Joining onto what is already there, adding strands, re-terminating a run somebody else left unfinished.
New construction, where fibre is cheapest to get right.
Everything about a fibre run is easier before the building exists. The pathway is open, the walls are studs, and nobody is working underneath you.
- Strand count is the decision nobody revisits. Pulling spare strands on day one costs very little. Pulling a second cable in three years costs the whole job again. We size for the building you will have, not the one you are opening with.
- Pathway gets coordinated, not assumed. Duct, sleeves, core locations and separation from power all get settled with the general contractor while it is still drawings.
- Terminations and enclosures planned with the rack. Where the fibre lands matters as much as where it starts. A run that arrives in the wrong corner of the room becomes a patch lead problem forever.
- Certified before sign-off. Loss measured, recorded and handed over, so the link is proven before the trades leave and not argued about afterwards.
Existing buildings, where the constraint is everything except the fibre.
Retrofit work is mostly about routes and hours. The splice takes minutes. Getting to the place where the splice happens is the job.
- Finding what is actually there. Existing fibre is often undocumented, sometimes mislabelled, occasionally not where the drawings say. We trace and measure it before planning anything onto it.
- Joining onto existing runs. A fusion splice onto in-service fibre, or a new tail into an existing enclosure, so you extend what you have instead of replacing it.
- Working around the building. Evenings, weekends, and staged cutovers where a floor cannot go dark during business hours.
- Old runs that were never measured. A link that has quietly degraded for years looks fine until it does not. A reading tells you whether you are extending something sound or building on a problem.
Residential counts as brownfield too
A shop, a detached garage, an outbuilding or a long driveway is the same problem at a smaller scale. Past about 100 metres copper is out of specification, and between separate structures fibre is the right answer for the same electrical reason it is on a commercial site.
You get numbers, not assurances.
A fibre link either passes with margin or it does not, and the only way to know is to measure it. Every job ends with the readings written down.
Optical loss, per link
Measured end to end with a light source and power meter. This is the figure the equipment actually cares about, and the one to compare against in five years.
OTDR traces where they earn their place
A trace shows events along the fibre with a distance to each. On a long run, a spliced run or anything going in the ground, that record is worth having before there is a problem.
Labelling and a record
Both ends marked, strands identified, and a document saying what went where. The next person on site should not have to guess, and in a few years that person may be us.

Where the job includes copper as well, it is certified on a Fluke Versiv DSX-5000 rather than checked with a tone and a light.
What we do not do.
Saying this up front saves everyone a phone call.
- We do not dig. Boring, trenching and excavation are their own trade with their own equipment and locates. On a job that needs a path put in the ground, we work alongside the contractor who does that, and we do the fibre.
- We are not a code authority. Fire stopping, penetrations and building requirements are governed by your local code and your Authority Having Jurisdiction. We build to the standard above and coordinate with the people who certify it.
- We do not guess at a fault. If a run is down, it gets located and measured. A guess costs more than the test, every time.
