Three ways, and which one to use.
Most contact pages give you a form and hope. Here is the honest version. If something is down, the phone is faster and always will be. For a quote, email is fine. If you already know you want a design, book it.
Call
Fibre cut, network down, cameras dark. We take emergency callouts around the clock, which is why the listing says open 24 hours.
Tell us what the building is, roughly how big, and what is annoying you. If you have drawings, send them. They help a lot.
Book it
Buy the design assessment that fits your building and pick a time. The fee is credited against the install if you go ahead within 60 days.
Four things, if you have them.
- What the building is. A home, a single office suite, a larger commercial building, an industrial site. This one answer shapes every answer after it.
- Roughly how big. A guess is fine. Under 3,500 sq ft and over it are different tiers.
- What it is built from. Drywall, lath and plaster, or concrete. What the walls are made of changes how many access points you need more than floor area does.
- Whether you have drawings. Architectural, electrical or blueprints. If you have them, the design is faster and more accurate, and it costs you nothing extra.
If you would rather not write any of that, do not. “The internet is rubbish in the back room and I do not know why” is a perfectly good starting point.
Calgary directly, Canada remotely.
We install in Calgary and the area around it, including Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere and Cochrane. We design and configure remotely, across Canada and into the United States. Elsewhere a local installer does the hands-on work to our written standards. We are still building that roster, so ask and we will tell you straight whether we have someone near you.
