AVNFi is growing its network of registered installers across Canada, and hiring skilled trades in Calgary. We hold the Ubiquiti certifications and we do the design. What we need from you is clean, professional work. If you document your work, your customers respect you, and your installs do not need a second visit, we should talk.

Registered Installation Partners. Across Canada

Clients book with AVNFi from anywhere in Canada. Our certified team in Calgary designs and sets up every network. A registered local installer does the physical work, such as pulling cable, mounting Wi-Fi points and cameras, and rack work, from our drawings and written specs. We bring the client, the design and the remote check. You bring quality work on site in your region.

Our Standards for Registration

You do not need a Ubiquiti certification. Design and set-up stay with our certified team. What you do need, no exceptions:

Real low-voltage experience. You have done cabling and device installs before. You can show references and finished, documented work.

A real, registered business. A company in good standing, valid liability insurance with proof on file, and a clear criminal record check for everyone who goes to client sites. Some sites also need a vulnerable-sector check. We verify these when you register, and they must stay current.

Good paperwork. Labelled cable runs, test results, photos of finished work, and accurate as-built drawings. Our clients get full documentation on every job, so your work has to support that. If paperwork is not already part of how you work, we are not the right fit.

Respect for the customer. You are in our client’s home or business, and you represent AVNFi. Show up on time, communicate clearly, keep the work area clean, and act like a professional. These are conditions, not goals.

Done right the first time. We check the work against our spec before sign-off. Installers whose work passes cleanly get the repeat jobs. Rework is at your cost, and we plan never to need it.

How Registration Works

Send us your company details, the area you cover, proof of insurance, your criminal record check, and examples of documented work. We review it, check references, and walk you through our install and paperwork standards. Once you are registered, we send you jobs in your region as bookings come in. No selling on your side. Installers who deliver every time become our first call in their market.

Careers. Calgary & Area

Fibre splicers: experience on fibre-to-the-home builds, fusion splicing, and reading splice plans. OTDR testing experience is a big plus. Contract and project work to start, growing as the work grows.

Low-voltage and network techs: cabling, terminations, rack work, Wi-Fi point and camera installs. Knowing UniFi is a plus, and we will help the right person get certified. The same standards apply in-house as for partners: good paperwork, respect for the customer, and right the first time.
