How do site visits work at this distance?

Design first, drive second. By the time we’re on site, the plan is finished, so most projects need only one or two batched visits, and mobilization is quoted up front.

What if something breaks between visits?

Most issues resolve remotely through the controller the same day. Hardware failures get replacements shipped pre-configured, and genuinely physical problems get a scheduled visit.
