Low voltage usually arrives as four trades who have never met. The cabler blames the network company. The camera company blames the cabler. The general contractor holds the schedule while they work it out. We take the whole job, so you get one price, one plan and one person to call.
What turnkey actually covers.
Structured cabling
We pull the Cat 6A cable, fit the ends, and label every run to match the floor plan. Then we test each one on a Fluke Versiv and hand you the report for every drop.
Fibre where it belongs
Fibre goes between buildings, up the shafts between floors, or anywhere copper runs out of road. We fusion splice it, which melts the strands into one join, and we test it. We do not patch it.
Network and Wi-Fi
We plan the gateway, the switches, the separate network lanes and the Wi-Fi coverage from the drawings, before anyone mounts an access point.
Cameras, doors and intercom
Placed for what you need to prove, with code coordination on every controlled door.
The expensive part is the coordination, not the cable.
Splitting low voltage across trades looks cheaper line by line, and costs more in total. The money goes into the gaps between one trade’s scope and the next. A drop nobody counted. A PoE power budget nobody added up. A door that needs a cable pulled after the ceiling has closed. A camera position argued about on site instead of on a drawing.
Designing the whole thing first removes those gaps. That is why the design comes before the quote, not after it.

Before you ask.
Can you price from drawings before we have a tenant?
Yes, and that is the right time to do it. Cable routes and drop counts cost far less to change on paper than in a finished ceiling.
Do you self-perform or subcontract?
Calgary and area is performed directly. Outside that, installation is completed by registered local partners working to our written standards, with the design and configuration still ours.
Will you work to our schedule?
We will tell you what fits and what does not. A date we cannot hold is worth less to you than a date we can.
What does the assessment get us?
A drawing with every drop, access point, camera and door marked on it. A PoE power budget that adds up. An install quote built from both. The fee comes off the work if you go ahead within 60 days.
