What does a Ubiquiti UniFi installation cost in Calgary?

The first step is a design assessment: 299 dollars for a home up to about 3,500 sq ft, 499 for an office suite, 999 for estates and larger commercial, 1,500 for industrial. It is credited toward your install when you proceed. Hardware goes on the quote at Ubiquiti’s own price, and the labour is quoted from the finished design, so the number holds.

Why is your hardware price higher than the Ubiquiti product page?

It is not. Ubiquiti adds a memory surcharge in the cart that its product pages do not show. We publish the all-in figure, which is exactly what the store charges at checkout. Same number, shown honestly.

Do you mark up the hardware?

No. You pay Ubiquiti’s price, including their surcharge, and not a dollar more. We order it for you against the finished design so nothing is missing on install day. We charge for design, configuration and labour.

Are there monthly fees or licences?

UniFi has no licensing fees, and camera footage records locally on hardware you own, so there is no per camera cloud fee. Remote access to your own console is included. Our optional Managed Ubiquiti Care plan is 100 dollars monthly, and it is optional.

What areas do you serve?

Hands-on installation in Calgary and the surrounding area, with scheduled site days to Edmonton, Lethbridge and Red Deer. Design and remote configuration anywhere in Canada, and where we have a vetted local partner, we coordinate the installation too.

How long does the design take?

We walk the building or work from your drawings, and you typically have the design, camera placements, coverage plan, device list and pricing within a week.

Can you fix a system someone else installed?

Yes. That is a large part of the work: audits, remediation and upgrades of existing UniFi systems, including ones bought at retail and installed in a hurry.

Can I do it myself?

Genuinely, yes. The wiki on this site exists so you can choose the right gear whether or not you hire us, and if you want a hand after, we do remote configuration. We are for people who want it done right the first time and value their time.

My network or fibre is down right now. What do I do?

Call 587-858-4888. For an outage the phone is faster than any form. Emergency callout is available, because a cut duct rarely happens at a convenient hour.

Is the assessment fee wasted if I do not go ahead?

No. You keep the design: placements, device list and pricing. If you proceed with us, the fee is credited toward the install. If you build it yourself from our design, that is a real outcome too.

Prices in CAD. Full pricing detail is on What It Costs, and the whole catalogue with all-in figures is on the home page.
