Access Ultra
Reader and hub in one small unit. One cable, one door, done. The cheapest way to put a card reader on a door.
Door Hub Mini
A small hub that fires the lock and powers a reader. Pair it with a G3 Reader or Reader Flex on the outside.
Gate Hub
Rated to minus 30. Drives two gate operators and a side door. The only hub that lives outdoors.

A hub, a reader, a lock and a console.
A hub at the door
The hub sits inside, above the door or in the closet. It powers the reader, fires the lock and reads the door sensor. One hub per door, or the Access Ultra which is hub and reader in one. Door Hub Mini for most doors.
A reader on the outside
The reader is what people tap. Card, phone, PIN or face, depending on the model. Flex for a plain reader, G3 Reader for the basics, G3 Intercom when visitors need to call in. Reader Flex is the workhorse.
A lock and a console
An electric strike or mag lock on the door, wired to the hub. Then a UniFi console that runs Access, which is any gateway or recorder on our list. See gateways or recorders.
Common questions.
Do I need a hub for every door?
Yes, one hub per door, or an Access Ultra which is hub and reader together. The hub is what fires the lock and powers the reader.
Can people use their phone instead of a card?
Yes. G3 readers take Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and the UniFi app. Cards and fobs still work for people who want them.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. UniFi Access runs on the console you own. Add users, set schedules and pull logs with no subscription.
Can I keep my existing locks?
Often. Most electric strikes and mag locks wire straight to a hub. We check the lock hardware on the site walk.

Book a design assessment. We count the doors, pick the hub and reader for each one, check the lock hardware you already have, and quote it. The fee comes off the install.
