A PoE port per phone
Each phone takes one PoE port. Two ports on the phone, so your computer can plug through it. See switches.
Numbers
Ubiquiti sells the phone numbers and minutes by the month. We port your existing numbers across. That is the one part of UniFi with a monthly cost.
Common questions.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. Numbers port into Talk. It takes a week or two and we handle the paperwork.
Is there a monthly fee?
For the phones, no. For the numbers and minutes, yes. Ubiquiti bills those per line per month. Ask us for the current rate.
Does it work with my cell phone?
Yes. The Talk app rings your cell with your office number. Desk phones are optional.
Can I use my old phones?
Some standard SIP phones work. The UniFi phones are the ones that just work. Ask.
