Description
A LiDAR scan builds an accurate 3D model of the rooms. We only charge for it when there are no usable drawings of the building.
It is not part of the design fee and it is not an upgrade. It is a fallback for when there is nothing accurate to design from, and it covers our time on site.
Flat $249 for a home or a single office. Larger sites are measured at $100 per hour with a two hour minimum, so call us rather than buying this one.
